By utilising the Vehcam Pulse Management Platform you can be confident that your data is fully secure and GDPR compliant as your user profile is password protected by a password of your choosing post accessing the system and following the two-form authentification process.
All data is assigned within the Pulse Web Platform firstly to the company, then division, and finally the vehicle or driver reference. Each uploaded video event file has a unique identifying reference regardless of driver or vehicle.

FOOTAGE REVIEWING
Vehcam offers a number of Account Management Services
from fully managed, self-managed, or the option of
emergency downloading of video files. Video event files
viewable on the Vehcam Pulse Management Platform would
be triggered by several activations – G Force, manual button
activation, and various other alarm triggers from inside of the
vehicle cab area and also from the safety equipment
installed onto the vehicle. An observation header would be
assigned to any video event file that shows action outside of
normal driving behaviour. There is a large selection of
observation headers to cover human behaviours but these
can be bespoke to suit your company’s needs – anything
from smoking whilst driving, personal injury, health & safety,
collision files, and anything in-between.
For specific event files that have not been triggered by an activation alarm, we are able to retrieve and download video events as and when requested as our camera solution is recording data for the whole time that the system has power.

VEHICLE ALARMS
To maintain a healthy camera and safety solution vehicle alarms are considered to be an early warning alert. These alarms can pre-empt or highlight glitches or more serious issues that may require attention.
You are also able to view the performance of the vehicle as alarms such as harsh braking and acceleration are viewable in this area
LIVE VIEWING
Vehcam offers an add-on subscription service to utilise our live streaming capabilities via the Vehcam Pulse Management Platform. This allows you to view in real-time individual/all cameras installed on any of your vehicles.
This comes with a range of quality equipment and software to allow connections in even the worst coverage spots.
TEMPERATURE SENSOR
The Temperature Sensor is new for 2024. This product has been integrated into our camera system to enable the user to monitor set temperature parameters via the Vehcam online Web Platform.
Should the temperature fall out of the stipulated high and low ranges set, notifications are forwarded at regular intervals notifying you of temperature recordings whilst the system has power until the required temperature is back within the desired scope.

For companies and individuals who wish to record more detail, they can use our Incident Reporting service. Drivers can record all
aspects of the incident on our Mobile App.
This includes recording own damage, incident details and all details of any third parties involved. At the press of a button, this information would be immediately sent to your insurers, insurance broker, internal departments and your preferred suppliers.

In addition to recording vehicle damage on the VIM Mobile App, we can arrange a number
of services through our National Vehicle Repair Network.
This includes; sourcing the repairer, organising an estimate and overseeing all aspects of
the repair process to ensure your vehicle is back on the road as quickly as possible.

Working with an outsourced provider, we support businesses in managing the entire
process of a property claim.
We efficiently and effectively determine the most appropriate settlement route, proactively
manage customer expectations, lifecycle and ensure brand protection for our clients.
DAMAGE REPORT
Our Damage Report Service enables you
to record and submit a swift report of any possible damage caused to the vehicle via the VIM App and will immediately notify the required contacts.
This will speed up the repair process and reduce the time that your vehicle is off-road.

SERVICE / MAINTENANCE
Our service and maintenance solution provides direct
communication to the preferred service provider. By
utilising our solution, you can request a Service, an
MOT along with Vehicle Inspections all via the web
portal interface. When incorporating our daily vehicle
checks into your service plan the system will
automatically notify the preferred service provider of
any conditional and/or manual fails directly from the
daily vehicle check completed on our app which
immediately uploads this information into the web
portal interface.
The preferred service provider can act at the point of receiving information for any failures escalated to enable repairs to be scheduled to ensure that your vehicle is back on the road in the shortest time possible. Any conditional repairs can be logged and repaired on the next service or vehicle inspection providing that the vehicle is compliant and road worthy.
The system will also log all estimates and issues to provide a comprehensive reporting section when required.
